Hi guys I have an AU series 3 Forte, 6cyl that has fouled the plugs, runs like a pig and threw these Injector Fault codes P0201 - P0206, I cleared them and they came back as soon as I started the car back up, after extensive goggling, I have come up with SQUAT!
either the injectors themselves are rooted or the people say PCM? I thought a PCM and an ECU was the dame thing but so many answers floated around I have no clue.....
There Car runs gas and petrol, its had a new fuel pump, filter and pressure regulator installed, I also put new plugs in, now the car is on gas till I solve this, has anyone got a clue? Maybe not to solve it but where to look next?
Oh and scan tool threw no other codes at all, in any scannable system it was fine

those codes are obd injector fault codes

P0201 Fuel Injector #1 Circuit open or shorted to ground or power
P0206 Fuel Injector #6 Circuit open or shorted to ground or power

I would say those 2 injectors are jammed open allowing fuel to free flow through the injectors..

if it was the pcm/ecu your code will come up as ecu internal fault..
