my car is parked usually facing downhill... so when it rains, the water runs off the boot & rear window, into the tracks designed to trace it down the back & drain away - however because its on the down-facing angle, it has no-where to go, so eventually overflows both over the outside, and inside over the rubbers & into the boot, and therefore into the wheel-well! so - does this theory hold water?  Yeah, sounds like a good theory, try parking it around the other way for awhile see if the problem disappears.

ugly bob to fix
get 1 electric drill with a 5 mm drill bit remove spare wheel drill 2 holes in spare wheel well spray holes with some paint repace spare wheel problem fixed... well the water will drain out!

i've gotta stop it getting in first though frank! i think it being parked on the downhill angle is whats doing it, but we'll see!

When mine used to leak, it would only do it when parked downhill as well.
