Hi Guys,
I've almost got my engine out but need some tips on how to disconnect the two fuel lines that connect to the fuel rail! It's the very last thing thats stopping me from pulling it out tonight! Is there any special tricks to get to the hoses? Do I need to take off the top half of the inlet manifold? Thanks for your quick responses! |

Undo the bolts holding the reg to the fuel rail. Then worry about it once motor is out.

Or get a fuel line disconnect tool.

There's an easier way! Thought i'd let you all know! You can disconnect the hoses from the fuel lines itself down where the firewall is. Just a clip on each hose that you push up and the hoses separate! Easy as when you know how! Maybe this'll help someone else out in the future
Thanks for your help anyway! Got the engine out so i'm happy! |
