common on falcons, ball joints don't cost that much, but getting them pressed in, different story!

look under the front of your car where the front wheels bolts on, in the inside of that, you will be able to see the balljoint

yeh my lower ball joints are split and have free play, so i was quoted $93 to supply and fit ball joints. this is off course trade price.

only downfall is that i have to remove the stub axles from the car and take them down there myself.

Nothing serious, only minor things like a front wheel falling off and you losing control of the vehicle, most likely at high speed on a bumpy surface.

I wouldn't be too worried. It can wait another few years.

j/k :)
