I am thinking of doing a manual conversion on my 5.0L EB fairmont ghia just A couple of things I want to find out before I start the conversion do I need to change the ecu and will the cruise control still work and will I need A pedal box that has A switch on the clutch pedal to disengage cruise control when clutch pedal is depressed any replies will be much appreciated

Cruise control will still work, but it's best if you find a manual ECU. You'll need to disconnect the transmission TCM, and you'll definatley need to add a clutch switch.
