Hey fellas, I took my rocker cover off for a look today cause I've got a noisy lifter, I noticed that the rear drivers side rocker arm has movement from side to side but the rest were solid I could not move them, I also had 1 shim under 1 of the lifters but none of the others had them, Why would there only be one, I took it out but still no difference in noise
Cheers

all the lifters should have 1 shim under them for a stock cam or a billet. most regrinds will have 2 shims.

I thought you only needed shims for a regrind cam, mine cam is a camtech 345

nah, you still have 1 shim per lifter for a standard or billet. you need the extra shim to take up the amount they grind off a regrind
