ok so this new AU XR6 a 99 so its a series 1.5

has issues with the passenger electric window
it will go up and down via drivers side switch panel
but only UP from the passenger switch

i have sourced another switch from a wrecker and same issue...
could it be the switch or a wiring issue of sorts?

cheers!

But the drivers circuit goes through the same wiring to the motor :?:

Frank, strip and clean the pass switch contacts - probably good idea to check with a meter at the plug also, possibly make up some wire links to make the shorts in the plug to simulate the switch.

From memory, you should be able to ID which terminal does what from the EF/EL power window doco.
