ive had a look on ebay and was wondering if the ba/bf towbar is the same as the fg, as they are much cheaper,
does anyone know if they are the same?

ive done one on a ba. have a look underneath, should be about 3 or 4 bolts to put in. remember you will need a hole in the bumper for the tongue to come through, and be wary of the tow ball, helps to remove it and put it back on at the end. as for the wiring, i ran it from the rear right hand light and through a grommet in the floor to a plug attached to the towbar. took me approx an hour and i did it all with no idea what i was doing in the first place, just sort of figured it out as i went.

Does anyone know the size of the bolts used to bolt the towbar to the car on an fg?
