theres plenty of tutorials on here, and also ford still sell a cheap plate.

there is a factory ford one , i have a new one to repair my ute, but i think you night be in the same boat as me , the reinforcement plate that i have new, look way way way too small , it looks more like an auto to manual conversion plate ,the one's you may have seen some doing a google picture search , are much better and i am looking for one of those as the factory one looks flimsy and frankly $50 pos , but if you're interested in the factory part , here is a partial part number it is all i have "XC-7K518"
