Hey, the lower control arm bushes in my EF/EL Bitsa are completely flogged out and need to be replaced. What bushes do you guys recommend? And would I be better off trying to get change over arms?

I just had mine done last week, would have to double check but I think the mechanic put nolathane ones in.

Go with SuperPro bushes.....anything else is rubbish.......seriously.

I agree with cjh, superpro bushes are the go... they wont fall apart in 12 months like the nolathane ones do

After a quick call to my merchanic turns out he uses superpro... Think it was quite an insult when I asked if he used nolathane ones in the XR..
