I have a 1990 ford fairmont ae ghia,it starts first pop an ideals sweet 4 atleast 3minutes an then starts runing as if it the tyming is out,i was told that it cud be my automatic choke stuck on,

Disconnect the choke and find out? Check all plugs and leads aswell
