I know bugger all about diffs and want a step by step guide explaining how to adjust, shim and all the other fancy words I dont understand, to learn how its done.

I've read many guides designed for experts and dont quite understand why the teeth need to load on various points of various gears etc, and also how to go about doing so.

More after a generic guide rather than something specific like the BW ones but if there's any good ones, i'm happy to read em

Its pretty easy, make sure the back lash & heal tow on the teath gears line up .

Put the shims in the same side they came out of, and also, you can put a bit of white-out on the shims and teath, because it must go back in the SAME way it came out.

Its really not that hard .
