GT4082, modified Snort manifold, full four inch exhaust, standalone ECU, Bilstein shocks, reconditioned Toploader with a Hurst shifter, Jim Berry 3200lb clutch and a custom clutch cable which has been reinforced in all the necessary places. Tons of spares included as well as a Dell Studio 17 laptop (about 2 to 3 years old) which has all the software you need if you want to edit the tune or make a datalog. Exterior
  • XR6 badges
  • Fairmont hood trim
  • Side moulds removed
  • 235/45/R17 Kumho KU36 on BA XR replica wheels (some gutter rash)
  • Clear indicators
  • Bumpers need repainting, some dings and scratches

  • Turbosmart 60mm wastegate with screamer pipe

  • Four inch exhaust and downpipe, Hooker MaxFlow muffler, custom oval section for extra ground clearance (measures 1:1 intake to exhaust backpressure with this setup, well suited to a big cam if you want to chase more power)
  • 24x8x4 intercooler (well hidden behind the front bar)
  • Huge AEM pod filter
  • Water pump, distributor, oil pump, starter and ignition coil all replaced with brand new items during the rebuild

ECU
  • MegaSquirt 2 ECU running MS2 Extra firmware inside factory case (supplied with an old laptop already setup with the tuning software)
  • 60lb Seimens injectors
  • Walbro 255 fuel pump
  • 3 bar map sensor inside standard housing
  • Profec B Spec 2 controlling boost at 17psi
  • MS2 boost controller included but not current being used
  • Innovate LC1 installed in downpipe
  • Also comes with an HPX MAF sensor, disconnected but still in working order
  • Relocated battery to boot in Jaz box

Suspension
  • Bilstein shocks, King springs, billet aluminium spacers in the rear
  • Most aggressive SuperPro camber kit available, around 6 degrees of caster and 1 degree of camber (alignment sheet available on request)

It has been tuned on the dyno but I don't have any power figures available, however I can book it in for a run if necessary. I'd expect an honest 400rwhp with this setup at the current boost of 17psi. The current camshaft is very mild and makes peak power at only 5000rpm so a bigger grind would likely give a substantial increase. Injectors are at 80% @ 11:1 AFR with the standard reg so an increase in fuel pressure would also be necessary if you wanted to go down that road.
