One of the reasons I got the BA turbo so cheap was because the extension housing bush was naffed.

when under boost at around 80kph usually (but not always) the driveline starts shuddering.

The car has a 4 speed auto for now.. I think it's a 97LE. I have two complete but stuffed EF/EL BTR autos, I believe 91LE and 93LE's respectively.

Are the extension housings the same (other than the speedo pickup)? I'd like to put a new bronze bush in the EL housing which I've already taken off and cleaned, and install that on the BA turbo's 97LE.

A visual inspection shows they look pretty similiar.. but I can't be certain until I get it out. and I was hoping to slam the replacement on as soon as the old one is off if I can.

Can anyone please advise?
