High my ef falcon won't start won't turn over or prime the fuel pump . Iv check all fues / relays and reset the bcm by leaving keys on for 1 hour and still nothing smart lock light just flashers . Iv noticed a orange/ green wire just hangin out of the back of the bcm plug on the bottom side of the bcm wiring harness is this a earth wire ?? Is this y it won't reset ??

orange/green wire seems likely to be switch circuit for handbrake light ,check your relay for engine management
