Hey there.I got a BIG problem on my xr6,the belt slipt off and I had to drive the car home,the next day I replaced the belt and started it up and got beep and I notice the oil preser level was on 0.switch it of to find the crankshaft pulley was moved forward of its centre.I wana know what the problem is on the car and maybe what other pulley can work on this car.Thanks

Hi, this is a pretty standard issue on this car as well as many others,
The rubber inside the torsional dampener begins to separate between the inner and outer metal sections, just replace the balancer and buy a new belt and you should be all good to go. The reason the belt slipped off is because of the pulley sitting forward.
