Hi guys just wanted to check if these wheels would fit my car, as I am unsure of the measurements between the studs.
http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/sunshine ... 1028521279 also my car currently has 16 inch standard steel rims and these are 17" thanks for your help Captain Noob |

wrong offset, you have to run hub adaptors to use these rims.

Just be aware that if you run hub adapters on the road you are essentially driving an unroadworthy vehicle. They are for Off Road use only (legally)
Not only could you risk getting a defect notice slapped on your car, but if you're unfortunate enough to be involved in a crash your insurance company may use the fact you had adapters on as a reason not to pay out any claims you may raise. Even if the adapters were not a factor in the crash.

thanks for the info,
won't be buying them then.. just out of curiosity, my fairlane has an alloy in the boot and 4 steel rims on the car, has the previous owner sold the fairlane alloys for drugs or something as I was sure that they would come with the car as standard and who would want to downgrade? cheers |

You can't fit AU parts to the E Series suspension without fitting the AU K Frame. You could fit a Brake upgrade kit which will give you a +36 offset and then fit an AU diff. This will then give you +36 offset alround. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FALCON-BIG-B ... 27d88d2219 This kit comes in +20 on the std offset and +28 on the std offset. This gives you either +26 (Mustang) or +34 which is good enough for AU to B/F series wheels (+36). |
