Last couple of day ive noticed my clutch pedel playing up it was bent amd every time id put the clutch in it would go under the break i had a look at whats going on and its totaly snaped the pin that the clutch pivots on its torn it away from the metal how do i go about fixing this???

Remove and weld it up with lots of reinforcement or find another pedal box, ,reinforce it and fit that.
or get an auto pedal box and buy a mal wood pedal pin conversion kit to make a manual pedal box.
Its a common problem on e series

yep remove it AND the dash [coz its easiest way lol]


you could do what i did & go to a wreckers & grab one! ... and it has been repaired too - but i will reinforce it some more. also reinforce ya firewall where the cable goes thru whilst ya got ya dash out.......... eitha on the engine nside or inside [behind dash]


yeah :evil: its a VERY common problem ....... same as the boot struts breaking the mount near back seat!
