I recently found out that one of my injectors is faulty and it needs replacing. I have been quoted $250ea @ trade price for a replacement injector.

Performance wise, my FG XT is completely stock and has done just shy of 150,000km.

I have a set of FG XR6T injectors that are in good condition, but i assume they are too much for a stock N/A 4L (keeping in mind its my daily driver, and not a race car). So i am just wondering if there is a viable aftermarket solution, as opposed to $250 each? if there is a good alternative i would definitely consider replacing the full set to assure future reliability.

cheers in advance for any help...

afaik the xr6 t injectors are the same as n/a, its the fuel pressure reg that makes the difference... atleast that's how it is in ba and bf...

Pretty sure Troy is right. 6T stuff in B Series run the same injectors just more pressure. Can't see Ford stumping up the cash to change that for FG.
