Hi all,
I've searched for this, but can't find anything on it. The black trim strips along the exterior bottom edge of my windows on my BF Mk. II seem to have oxidised. Maybe the paint has just faded. Does anyone have tips on cleaning this up? Do I need to just repaint them? |

Yep repaint them more than likely.
The fun of leaving your car in the weather. My mates BF is the same. You could try save it by putting armour all on it. May help.

If they were still in good nick, id suggest "turtle wax ICE", it works nice on rubber seals n stuff too...
Have you tried auto glyms plastic bumper n trim gel? (i think thats whats called) Its pretty good, and leaves a protective film too to stop it coming back... Just a thought.
