went to check my power steering fluid before going for a drive to adelaide and noticed it was basically completely empty, last time i checked it would have been about 2 months ago. i cant see anywhere it would be leaking or would it have like evaporated and is normal since been driving to adelaide a fair bit in these warmer months

If no oil is visible leaking on the outside, then it is possible that it is leaking into the rack boots.
Have a look for excessive oil sweating at the rack boot's zip ties and clamps.

When they leak, it is very visible, and it fills the wiring harness up with oil too.

I reckon it's filling the rack boots up....seen it before many times, and not just on Falcons either.
