Hi everyone my uncle has a 302 windsor Carby motor that he has put in his ea falcon and the powerstering pump on it is shot and he wanted to know if a power steering pump of a XF 250 crossflow would fit?

it probably will, but with that being said, I'd need to see which bracket you are using.

Yep....depends on what pump is fitted...a Saginaw or a Ford C2 pump......C2's are a plastic housing type, and are noisy by nature......Saginaws are like what was fitted to XF's to AU's ( 6 cylinder only).

I remember there was an alloy bracket that was an adapter to fit a Saginaw pump to a C2 pump mounting......long time ago since I saw it...20 years???

THe adapter brackets are still around - I saw a new one 12 months ago at the gold coast. Most Steering Workshops (good ones, that actually still rebuild their own stuff) will be able to get them still
