been a while since i've been on here guys have once again updated on the car front, selling my BA xr6 in april and purchasing a 08 lightning strike g6e Turbo in may ,picked it up off a private seller for a pretty good price in my opinion. done 95,000 kms and is in unmolested condition. get off my p's tomorrow so i can finally start driving it around has been a long process of not having a car i can drive but i know it will be worth the wait as now i have a car that has everything i'm after in one.

future plans include

*wheels ( thinking optioned 19's g6e wheels
*lowering
*removal of tow bar
*bright white globes maybe HID's

Very nice car man!! Love the FG MK1 G6E's - the front is absolutely awesome.

Have you got any more recent pics of her? And what mods have you done to this date? Also, have you managed to lower it? What are you looking at for lowering?

Also, love the colour, same as my car haha

thanks Deano ! yeah im a massive fan of the FG funny cause i didn't think much of them when they came out. love the G-Series just to many xr6's around for my liking and wanted to be different. silver is an awesome color.

only mod i have managed to do so far is tint the windows, have been looking into lowering but don't know how low to go and don't know wether i want to run 19's or 20's once i find some wheels i like.

Nice colour, I wanted a blue coloured G6 E Turbo but I could only find Ego or Winter white here in Sydney so I settled for a 08 model with a black interior as ivory didn't look right.
I purchased mine from a dealer with 93K on the clock and have owned it for 3 weeks now, I have thought about mods yet as I'm still enjoying the car in stock form plus it's under warranty so mods will be limited until the warranty runs out:

Agreed but after seeing 2 FG GT E's on the road today I think those are a bit more tougher looking then the G6 E Turbo.

Haha same same! With my car I went SL on the front and SSL on the back with 18" wheels - seems to be a good balance :D Have you seen the 19" G6ET rims? They look pretty mad
