Yeah I figured as much. Mines a 95 Fairmont Ghia cluster, ad I'm sure my old Fairmont cluster didn't work either....

Sorry to dig up on old thread here fellas. But did you guys already have a wire in pin 18? Or am I meant to be looking at the pin 18 on the drivers side plug instead?

I have bench tested with 12v going into pin8 on the passenger side an grounding pin18 on the passenger side as well. It worked, but I have no wires in either pin. I know there was one needed for pin8 but I didn't see anything about adding a wire to pin18.
