Hi
Is the signal to ecu the same for ABS and non ABS vehicles? ie gearbox transducer same as signal from cluster to ecu on ABS models?

Same yes - assuming you're running a T5 manual or BTR 9x LE transmission with the speed sensor in the transmission extension housing.

Cruise is on the data link on AU...

Datalink on EF/EL carries engine temp + fuel usage information... The data link from the cluster to the trip computer carries fuel information + speed/dist information...
