Just wanted some ideas, i have an EL 6cyl and it will not start.
I had the same problem the other day but i waited a few mins and then it started, now nothing. It has no spark, so i tried a coil, no difference. There is no injector pulse or power to the fuel pump.
All fuses and relays have been swaped and checked. There is power to INST IGN fuse. No power to fuel pump relay.
I have swaped computer over in to an identical car, my computer works fine in there car, but there ecu changes nothing in mine. There is constant power too ECU, but when ignition is switched on theres no power too pins 5, 22, 37, 56, 57, 58, 59, on my friends all these have power with ign on.
There is only one 12v supply too my distributor modual but on my friends there it two 12v supply with ignition on.
Car turns over fine and battery is ok
I have also swapped over BEM.

Any ideas will be much appreciated
Thanks.

excuse my ignorance but what does it mean when "idiot lights" aren't lighting up when ya trying to crank the motor(just turns over and over but won't kick in)

only reason why i asked about the lights, wich a few will come on (oil pres park brakke etc) was to make sure the ignition barrel was operating correctly, if the run position wasnt working the start would still try and kick the motor over is my guess
