Ride: Ford Falcon XH XR6 Ute

NSW, Australia
Hey guys I got an xh xr6 1996 manual ute. Quite recently its been making a bad rattling noise each time I start up the vehicle. It'll die down but if I drive and let go of the accelerator peddle in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear it'll start up again. I tested the exhaust system to see if there were any clamps were damaged but they were all good.
