Hi everyone,

I hope this isn't a stupid question but I have an 94 ed falcon 6 auto and I want to put and shiftkits.com.au electronic shift kit on it, I know this raises the oil pressure inside the trans but will it raise the pressure in the cooler lines as well?

I ask as ive sourced the genuine ford tranny cooler for it which required me to cut the steel trans line to fit the rubber hose and ive double clamped it and theres no leaks but because there is no barb or flare to hold it on the steel line I don't want it to build up pressure and blow off.

thanks everyone, have a safe easter.

crossroads :)

afaik it only rises the pressure from the valve body to the band servos and clutches. not the actual cooler lines.
