front suspension crossmember ( under the radiator ) The wheel arch measurements show a 25mm difference for the pass side wheel. Passenger side wheel is forward and drivers side looks ok. It seems the xmember has taken a hit and moved sideways toward the drivers side chassis rail. The drivers side butts up against the front rail and the pass side has a 8-10mm gap (see pics). All other suspension components seem ok. Do you think I would be able to relocate the xmbr? Appreciate your input. Cheers. It is normal to have the left front wheel more forward than the right front wheel...it's called "Staggered Caster".....this is to help stop the vehicle running down the camber of the road.
This usually done with the shims on the upper control arm. To see if that X-member is out of whack, you'll need to do some measurements on a diagonal tangent to the same spots left and right, front to back.

That coincides with what cjh said. I noticed the same thing on a Hq ute chassis/chev truck body combo. The body was straight and central but the wheels wouldnt line up perfectly with about a 10mm difference same as yours. I assumed a slightly bent chassis or body. Good to know theres a reason for it.
