Has anyone ever swapped an AU Console into an EA? If so, how difficult is it? Also, do they use a single console with a swappable insert for manual or Auto? i ask that last bit coz i have access to a wrecked AU Auto Motor is already earmarked for my EA at some point!), but it was an auto, and my beasty is a manual

Weli I ripped it out of the parts car yesterday, and was planning to have bit of a fiddle, and maybe a trial fit today, but it has been suggested I do housework instead by the minister for war and finance Meh, if I get the chance i'll give it a whack

Had a quick look/test fit. didn't fit, due to the piping for the rear vents. Took the pipes out, and it fits! Got to sort out mounting, and a little trimming and such, but i'm excited! My project seems to be coming together!

{USERNAME} wrote: Yeah, gonna check that later. tried to and the page was being a 'Tard! got an idea for it. was basically thinking of cutting the ducting on both, to use the relevant ends to mate up, and getting flexi hosing of the right diameter to run down the sides. |
