Hi, im looking to install some drl led's. I basically want them to turn on when the parkers are on. My thinking is to splice the positive of the led into the parker lights positive between its relay and the bulb. My question is will this work?

Yeah it should. I assume the only other wire you'll have is the earth, as long as it's grounded properly you shouldn't have any issues.
