Hey everyone around 3 years back i bought my bf xr6 and as a young guy i couldn't leave it stock and being on my P's i cant turbo charge it. So i started to research stuff on the internet about what mods i should and shouldn't do. While doing so i came across a few modded N/A xr6s and decided to follow up on them, as a result i bought a BF Straight Gas Motor and a BF xr6 Turbo Diff and transmission (4 Speed) and the mods started from here.

These are the mods so far:
Growler kit
Atomic stage 3 port and polished head compression raised
Atomic Stage 4.5 cams
Atomic billet oil pump
Di-Fillipo Full Exhaust System
plazmaman plenum
78lbs E85 Fuel injectors
Walbro E85 approved fuel pump
20% under-drives pulleys
xr8 throttle body
Atomic adjustable Cam gears
Atomic heavy duty timing belt

Pedders Adjustable XA coilovers
3500Rpm Stall converter
3.9 LSD diff (Borg Warner i think)
Transmission cooler

there is a few more but cant remember

The reason why we bought a Gas motor was because they are built to withstand back fires and so everything inside them had been strengthened and also the compression was a bit higher in gas motors then normal petrol motors which would save us having to buy new pistons.

With the transmission i had called a place up to ask how much it would charge to strengthen a N/A bf transmission they wanted $2000 which wasn't money i was willing to spend, my father suggested we just buy a BF xr6 Transmission and fit that which we did.
