better for what?
drag racing? circuit racing? just coz? There is a lot of improvement that can be done to the stock rear end without completely changing it.

Only track will more then likely be power cruise but i still want it decent enough to put through other tracks and drive it on the streets reguarly

So you're adding adjustable and beefier arms. Why? |

Tyres, shocks, and bushes will give you the right hook-up, and remove tramp.
There's been a few E-series lift a wheel at the drags on the stock rear suspension so I'd say the stock gear is up to the task. |
