i want to replace all the bushings in the ef diff before i put it into my el as im upgrading from a 3.08 to a 3.45 lsd the new diffs out of a xr so from reading its bolt the whole diff up it came with everything disc to disc except the arms below the springs (forgot the proper name)

how do you go about pressing them in and out, and whats the best type of bushing to use
