Hi fellas just wondering if someone can help me out. Out of no where my high beam light started to appear in my cluster even when the high beams are not on. It only appears when I switch on my headlights.
Anyone know how to fix this? Or what caused it? Thanks |

assume your refering to VT commodore ?
check earths at headlight globes incase causing backfeed - disconnect h/light globes and check Hi beam warning light - remove instrument cluster and check printed circuit board where plugs go in for cracks |

same procedure -
check earths at headlight globes in case causing backfeed - are ALL lights functioning correctly ie. (one light dull) disconnect h/light globes and check Hi beam warning light - what happens if you turn dash lights off with lights on - maybe glow from dash lights - does it glow if only in park position - does hi beam warning become brighter if you turn Hi beam on |
