Just rebuild a motor for my xf van and this is the old one. Was running when I took it out, just tired. Basically I am selling my old block and any other parts I have been collecting for some time that I never used. For $250 you get:

4.1 Block with sump, crank, pistons and flywheel.
Replacement cam with only 80,000 on it (looks bloody close to perfect to me)
Replacement head, again looks pretty damn good. Also includes both manifolds and a carb.
BRAND NEW lifters, as well as the used push rods and rocker arms
BRAND NEW rings, cam bearings and rod bearings. No main bearings sorry.
6 replacement pistons (used, just hanging around from an old engine I stripped, look good though).
2 rocker covers
Also if you want it, a 3 speed auto box with no reverse. Goes into drive perfectly, nothing at all in reverse. That gear destroyed itself slowly until it just didnt work anymore.

I have an engine crane at my place for another week or so, you bring your ute, trailor, van, wheelbarrow around. We load it all in and you ride into the sunset.

Price is firm, this is a hell of a deal. Almost enough here to completely rebuild a 250 xflow for just $250 bar the main bearings. Who knows, maybe the ones in the engine currently are okay. I dunno!
