I had a wheel alignment done on my 93 EB and had clunking and squeaking noises for sometime afterwards untill i discovered the lower wishbone to chassy bolt was never tightened properly and it solved all my problems with a little adjustment

they are ball joints .i had to replace the top ones on my ute v8 engine .one of them had 5 -6 mm of movement up and down .that is no good due to that it could fall out and then course you to loose control .get them looked at if you are unsure what to look at

Ha!. Couldnt be bothered reading the whole thread, but thought it worth mentioning.
Every single time Ive had a squeaky front end that comes and goes with rain its been the swaybar "D"'s Nolothane, or rubber. Especially if their dirty. Undone the swaybar, pulled the bushes, cleaned, greased, and put back on, and all is quiet again Nigel |
