ok. so here is whats happening. I have a 94 xg tickford ute (ebII T engine ), 5 spd. car starts and drives great, apart from: when I try take of fast with full throttle, it jumps and misses heaps...and I mean heaps. if you don't back of throttle, it keeps on going, wont gain speed but just jumps around and misses. also if I pull over and try drop a skid, it will spin wheels but miss heaps and eventually bog in a$$.
if I skid on grass or gravel, I can drop it in 1st, 2nd or 3rd and it goes fine. now here is what I have looked at and changed. coil new leads and plugs co2 sensor injectors fuel pressure reg fuel pump this happened suddenly. NOT gradually. I dropped a mad skid 1 day and she was fine, next day she was missing . unlike van gisbergens commodore though, she still starts thanks in advance |

Check timing and double check leads and coil. If the leads are even the slightest bit off it will miss under load.
