Rem is remote. You should have a wire on the back of your head unit that is by itself and only gets power when the unit is turned on. If not find a wire that only gets power when the unit is turned and make sure it isn't a speak wire.
Gnd is ground. Use a wire the same gauge as your power wire and ground it to the body or run it back to your battery. What are the red and blue wires for? |

is it a kenwood deck? if so blue is signal (remote turn on) don't worry about running your ground back to the battery just earth it into the car (bolt it to something)
forgot! your deck will have red and yellow. (may have this backwards) red is constant power and yellow is ignition on .... but yer its late and i may be the opposite way, its basically to keep the "the memory" on the deck.

This is how my amp is wired up the red wire on the left is power, the white one is my remote wire that is connected to a blue wire on the back of my kenwood head unit (fullyforded the remote wire on the back is blue for kenwoods), the red one on the right is my ground that uses the bumper mount bolt, green ones are the left and right input that go to the back of my unit and my speaker wires are on the back of the amp. Hope I've helped you out.
