Hey guys just wondering if my el xr6 motor sounds fine to you guys....
i recently fitted a stage 3 crow cam and j3 chip in my el xr6 motor,
it has a new au steel head gasket and new dizzy and tfi module....
i got my cam dialed in last week and still need to dyno tune it..
the car runs well but just wondering if this is normal..

the car sounds better and lumpier then when it was stock and drives ok without the dyno tune...
but like the car runs abit rough up until 3000rpm then it goes good and drives smoothly is this normal?
i was told its because of the bigger cam and running to rich????

so mods it has
stage 3 crow cam
j3 chip
au steel head gasket
pacemakers
standard cat
red back exhaust-cat back...
k and n filter

so im hoping when i get it tuned this thursday my car is gana run a lot smoother and have some good low end power?

getting it tuned will help but you have to understand that what you gain up top from a performance cam you generally loose down low. its a bit of a trade off..

should i just change the fuel pump ? replace it with a new one and new o2 sensor?
