Hi guys, does anyone know if the BA or FG engines have a hole for a distributor, or are they both crank angle sensor ignition etc?

No holes for dizzy on Barra engines. There is also no oil drive as per the earlier 4.0l (EA - AU) to drive the dizzy.

The oil pump runs off the nose of the crank in the timing cover....like most modern engines do these days....it isn't a new idea....been around for years.
