G'day new to the site and thought this was the place to ask the question

I have a BA MKII Futura and noticed the sub mounts on the rear bar from inside the boot. Could i simply remove and XR6/8 sub from a wrecked one and fit it to my cars audio unit? If it can be done at all please explain, cheers

I imagine there is a small amp for the subs in the XR'S?
