Hi,

My Ford EL is Lowered on One 'S' spring so the rear wheel is the same level as the guard and i need 4 new shocks and i want to know do i need shorten shocks or just the standard one and i want the ride to be a bit firmer too.

Do you mean Low springs or Super Low Springs?

If you are riding on Lows, you can get away with standard height shocks and struts.

If you are on Super Lows, you will need Shortened Shocks and Struts.
