Hey guys, probably been spoken about before..

looking at turbo charging my el xr8, im sure its been done many times before.. Im looking for a bolt on application... no thought to be put into it..

have been looking at some of the fox body stang turbo kits from the states, relatively cheap and wondering what peoples thoughts/opinons are... do they work? much work involved to make the kit suit?

also if there is anyone on here with a boosted 302.. who did you buy your kit off.. I DONT WANT TO KNOW IF YOU MAKE YOUR KIT im only interested in bought off the shelf type stuff!

TIA

Mustang kits are not a straight bolt up.
Their Kframe is different, as is the front dress, which on ours is wider and interferes with cross over pipes.

If its just the crossover then it should be an easy fix.

I had an SN95 single kit, all bolted to the engine.
A/C Comp had to be removed.
Small amount of material removed from the idler under the altenator.

however, it was never in the engine bay, so clearance to the bay, i have no idea.
