I have a problem with my ICC unit, the car turns on and everything no problem there but i cant switch the stereo on i press the on off button it just does nothing and the fans are stuck on. The screen and lights work but the clock is just flashing 12:00 i canturn the acc on and off and turn the dial to hot but i cant turn the fans off or down, i was able to put a cd in and eject it but than i took my car to ford to find out wat was wrong with it and now i cant even eject my cd thats in it ford said it was a common problem in the icc unit and the whole unit needed to be replaced and said it wld cost $1500 for a new one, i cant afford that does anyone have any ideas on wat it cld be??

If they are sure its the icc and its the base model green one then you can get them for nix on ebay etc. Maybe get one and get ford to mate it to the car and get away with it for cheap.

I'm with 93EB on this, if its the base model one they can be picked up for under $100
