Ford XG Falcon Ute TURBO Attachment: ENGINE MODIFICATIONS: Crow double valve springs, retainers and colletts, Permaseal 1.3mm MLS head gasket. Wade 1673 camshaft, Reconditoned ED Tickford head. BOTTOM END: Only Done 300km’s since rebuild, Bored 20 thou and honed, new Silv-o-lite pistons, Grant Piston rings, ACL rod and main bearings, block decked and acid dipped, crank linished, new welsh plugs, block sprayed in ford blue engine enamel. FUEL SYSTEM: J3 chip in EL ECU, 650cc 60LBS Siemens deka injectors, BA XR6T fuel pressure regulator, Walbro GSS341 High Pressure fuel pump, NGK BPR6EY spark plugs gapped to 0.8mm TURBO BITS: T70 DSM Turbocharger (550hp), 38mm wastegate with 6psi spring. Turbotech Boost Controller, BA XR6T blow off valve plumbed back to intake. Other information Resprayed in blueprint Cab extension all has been properly welded in and seam sealed EA T5 Manual gearbox (also have original box out of car) Xtreme cushion button clutch 18” x 8” Inch FG GT Polished Rims 450x300x76mm Intercooler (hidden behind front bar) with 2.5inch piping 3 inch dump pipe and exhaust Lowered with king spring ‘lows’ New glass all round New carpet and roof lining New radiator heater core New 700 crank amp battery Shortened shifter 90% left on tyres Tuff lid Thermo fans Custom recovery radiator overflow system Making just over 200rwkw at 5.5 psi (just need to retune for more power, fuel system good for up to 9 to 10 psi before you will need to change ecu) I built the car to make in excess of 250rwkw but never bothered to take to back for retuning as it was quick enough for me. No part of the car has been cut to fit intercooler piping, all work has done been performed properly (i.e removing engine and to have sump drain professionally welded on) The car has been meticulously looked after and serviced religiously every 5,000km’s with Penrite oils. I have owned the car for the past 10 years and know its history. I have used this car as a daily driver since I have owned it.
