i got an au1 spac with the tickford suspension. do i need to replace the shocks aswell as the springs when lowering or are the tickford shocks good enough. im thinking of lowering it about ans inch to two inches. any advice would be appreciated

ummm for 2" lower might be advisable to get new shocks on the front as they have to come off when the car gets dropped
the rears are easy to do at home

and do teh shocks need replacing??
