Im sure the fuses are fine - I was actually wondering if they had power (!)
Perhaps the fusible links to the battery arent working. Your original post here on fordmods indicated that you jumped the relay and the pump worked. So instead, were looking at a whole pile of alternative things. You actually need to start at the relay, and confirm that if you manually put 12v into the wire going to the pump, that it starts. If not, theres a good place to start. If it does start, then you need to test the relay, making sure that when its on, the pump runs. Then you need to work from there. There is at least 1, or even 2 connectors from the Relay to the Fuel pump itself. There is also a ground wire in the boot which needs to be connected as well (I think near the taillights on each side, from memory) Nigel |

FIXED!!!!!!.
Checked the bundle of wires and about 30CM up towards the front of the car we found a tiny solid brown with green striped wire that leads back to the right side taillight, That wire was completely severed....that wire also turned out to be the grounding wire for the fuel pump. Patched it back up and the car started. WOO HOO!! |
