I want to paint the entire dash (not JUST the fascia) and I was just wondering if anyone can give my a step-by-step of how to take it all apart or even just some pointers for how to do it.

If you want a step by step go down to the local auto shop (super cheep auto) and look at the rang of self help books. Buy a Gregory's Guide for $30, you will never need to ask a about anything relating to repairs or how to install something again it's got eveything step by step with pics. A wise investment good read too.

I'll be painting it dark blue, basically the dark blue colour on the background of this website. The fascia is a lighter blue (the colour of these posts' background) which I've molded a 7" LCD TV into.

The HU is going to be in the glove box. I don't change CD's very often so it'll be fine in there.

if it's an after market one with aux hook a mp3 player up to it and use that ,mount it under the tv

I'm using an FM Modulator for the PS2 sound. I've molded video and audio input plugs into the side of the center console so that I can plug any audio source (ie. mp3 player) into it and listen to it through the stereo..
