hello all,

I have a 1999 AU Fairlane with the VCCT 6 motor that wont start on the first try of the key. Always starts on second attempt and seems to run and drive fine when it does.

Bought a Chinese ELM-427 dongle and running the forscan software plugged into the OBD2 plug. The only error code I get is P1358 - IDM signal out of test range.

Anyone here that can help diagnose?
